What made you choose us?

My Primary Care Physician.

What symptoms were you experiencing?

Sores that wouldn't heal. Moderate restless leg syndrome.

How were you affected by your legs previously? What couldn't you do? How has that changed now?

Swelling in legs. I couldn't walk a long distance. [Now] my left leg is complete on the venous insufficiency and feels a lot better.

What improvements have you seen in your legs?

My leg feels stronger and swelling has slowed down.

I would recommend this clinic as the best in the state. Dr. Sam makes sure you understand the procedure, the precautions, etc. He goes above and beyond all expectations of a good Doctor. I would not go anywhere else for my vein problems in my legs. He does not get in a hurry and explains things well to you. He has my vote for the #1 doctor!!
